GIVEAWAY: New Year, New You? Apps to Help You Meet Your Goals
January offers a clean slate, a new beginning and for most of us, a New Year’s goal.
We learned as kids that these goals should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely or SMART. But our own personal experience has taught us that no matter how smart the goals are, by mid January or early February if we are lucky, no matter how committed we were, it’s just too hard.
